Protecting Young Smiles from Cavities
Is your child getting frequent cavities, white spots on teeth, or complaining of tooth sensitivity while eating sweets? These can be early signs of tooth decay. At Madan’ Multispeciality Dental Care Centre, we offer safe, professional APF application for children to strengthen enamel and help prevent cavities before they become painful or costly to treat.

What Is APF Application?
APF is a topical fluoride gel or foam applied by a dentist during a short, painless visit. It works by remineralising weak enamel, making teeth more resistant to acid attacks from sugary foods and bacteria. Professionally applied fluoride is especially helpful for children with moderate to high cavity risk.

Signs Your Child May Need It
•Frequent cavities or repeated fillings
•White, chalky spots near the gum line
•Sensitivity to hot, cold, or sweet foods
•Poor brushing habits or frequent snacking
•Early signs of decay between teeth

Is It Safe for Children?
APF is generally recommended for children aged 6 years and above, as younger children may accidentally swallow the gel. Your dentist will assess your child’s cavity risk and recommend the right fluoride treatment and frequency—often every 3–6 months.
